WHEN ARE PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE?
Pooja Ragenee doesn’t accept returns/ exchange of products that fall under the below-mentioned categories:
- Panties of any kind
- Worn products
- Products that look washed
- Products with missing tags.
- Soiled/ stained products with glitter or any other particles
- Products that emit perfume/ lotion fragrance or body odour
- Discounted or sale items (unless faulty)
- Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging
It is important to understand that the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. For other standard returns, the company will bear the shipping cost
PROCESS OF RETURN/ EXCHANGE?
If your product(s) meets the above policies of Pooja Ragenee, then they are eligible for return/ exchange, and here is how to do it:
- Products can be returned/ exchanged within 7 Days of delivery

- The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and attach a few images of the product to understand your issue further.
- Once the return/ exchange is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.
Customers should kindly note that picking up of product doesn’t guarantee that the return/exchange is approved.
Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you:
- Properly fold and pack the product as received.
- Ensure that all the tags are attached.
Refund Policy:
Refund shall be given in case of return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order or non-processing of order due to technical errors or cancellation of order.

If any complimentary product(s) are included in the order, the entire product order must be returned for a refund; otherwise, the MRP of the complimentary product will be deducted from the refund amount.
