Shipping & Delivery Policy

www.poojaragenee.in strives to deliver every order flawlessly, in the best condition, and on time. We partner with the most reputable and trust-worthy delivery partners to ensure your orders are shipped at the promised time. From packaging to shipping and delivery, we follow a transparent shipping policy.

We request every Pooja Ragenee user to go through our shipping policy to enjoy the best shopping experience.

1. Shipping Charges

Pooja Ragenee provides free shipping on orders worth Rs. 499 and above. In the case of orders below Rs. 499, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 60 will be charged. Convenience and delivery charges are nonrefundable. We do not apply any COD charges.

2. Shipping Duration

We completely understand the excitement and pain of not getting the order as you anticipated. However, we are trying our best to ship your orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Pooja Ragenee is committed to shipping all products together, which may not be possible sometimes due to the products availability. We will inform you in such cases through the mail.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message from www.poojaragenee.in detailing your order ID and estimated delivery date.

4. How to track your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email mentioning your order details, the tracking number, and the courier company. You can easily track your order after the package is out of our warehouse for delivery.

5. Delivery

All orders will be delivered within 2–10 working days, with the exception of some locations (North East, J&K, and Kerala), where delivery time might take 5 to 12 working days.

We would like to inform you that every location gets a different delivery time frame from our courier partners. Track your order online once your order is dispatched. We make sure our courier partner delivers your order to your doorstep. Pooja Ragenee’s collections are available only across India.

We do not provide items internationally as of now.

6. If the item is damaged?

If you find the packaging damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us or write us on poojaragenee.web@gmail.com with your order number. We will check and ensure that you receive a replacement delivery at the earliest possible time.

7. Missing Product

If any products are missing from your package, please contact us immediately at +919667310010/ 91+9318497132 or email us on poojaragenee.web@gmail.com. You can share your queries in the Feedback and Complaints section as well. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

8. If there is a delay

We ensure you will receive your products on time or before the estimated delivery date. If the package hasn't been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, kindly Contact us and we will take the necessary action to resolve your problems.
